Tattooing since 2010, Brooke specializes in American and Japanese Traditional, Floral Black Work and Permanent Make-Up. She was runner up Cyber City's Best Permanent Make-up Artist 2021. Brooke is by appointment only and unable to talk walk ins due to her schedule being booked so far in advance.
